Network Capital Funding Tri Nguyen CEO ,Ammon Amasio(mortgage banker),Shakaya Boyd(Closing Processor)Ryan Saldutti(Senior Mortgage Banker) and last Nima Internet

 Started a Refinance with this company networkcapital 3 months ago I was told by Ammon Amasio everything Loan that was denied was fine we talked about my income and a payment that I would be comfortable with I was told my payment would be 1300.00 range with my cash out. Almost a few weeks went by I called and was told everything was fine the were working on my loan I paid 550.00 for an appraisal that was needed because I thought the loan was going thru as a conventional loan . A few more weeks went by I told him my vacation was to start on the 23rd of July while on vacation I get a call saying that a Shakaya Boyd would be getting in touch with me for a signing that never happened. Then I get a call back from Ammon saying they needed 200.00 more that they were switching the loan over to a FHA still told everything was the same well that was a lie my payment would be 1431.00 with 20,769.00 cash out my cash out started out 24,000.00 , my conventional loan had been denied according to Nima who works for this company as well I paid for an appraisal for a Conventional loan that was denied now for a FHA that appraisal 750.00 that was what the 200.00 more would have been I am Retired on a pension and disability so I have to be comfortable with my payments. I was never informed about this until I was told Ammon no longer works for the company so this Ryan Saldutti tries to say basically this new loan amount is what I get I tell him someone owes me my appraisal money back because I was denied my conventional loan grounds for refund I thought they say they do not have to pay my money back even though Networkcapital gets your information to pay for appraisal. Their CEO Tri Nguyen needs to be reported for illegal practices 4 months almost and still nothing. Whoever reads this this same situation happened in 2011 evidently this company has a track record of misleading their customers and stealing their money. Looking for a home loan or Refinance do not use Networkcapital funding! Never did get an Appraisal report
