This company is so deceptive they scare me. We filled out our files months ago. The rate was good, the payment was good too, and the savings was great. One day a guy calls and says he's handling our file now. When I asked where our original person was he told me that the man had moved on. The new guy didn't know anything about the account and said he would resend all the documents because they seemed to have misplaced them. The new ones came and all the numbers had changed. He told us to circle things and write on the papers because this was only the worksheet and not really the numbers he was going to use.

We did like he said and wrote questions and concerns on the paper. A few months went by and he kept telling us that we were ok and everything was great. We asked why we hadn't seen the papers with the original numbers on it and were concerned with the changing numbers. He told us that it was just a way that Network capital Funding did the paperwork to get loans done faster. another month passed and he called and in the conversation he asked if we happened to have 1500 dollars available that we could transfer into an account. He said he would work his magic and this loan would be done before we knew it.

A few days later a different person called us and said he was in charge of the loan but didn't have a clue what anything was because he hated working on loans like this. He whined and complained about how hard he had to work to do this loan. His numbers were TOTALLY different. The day we were to close no one came. When the loan person called the next day he sounded like he was on something. Kept saying huh, yeah uh sure, and complaining about doing loans. We said that we still hadn't seen any numbers recently except the paper we wrote the questions on. He said that his job was hard and he responsible for loans he didn't originally start.

He said that he needed a moment and then we heard papers rustling int eh background. He came back on and said that now that he had taken the time to review the loan papers it didn't look good. We didn't end up refinancing here. We went with another company and closed within the month. It serves us right for trying to refinance with a company that does a radio infomercial. Next time I'm in the mood for infomercial junk I'll just order the Ronco food dehydrator or the Ginsu knives. At least then we'll have something real in 4-6 weeks and have a money back guarantee. Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional company,
