NetZero.com ripoff twice this year, unauthorized credit card charges that I don't want or don't need ripoff and I want my money back. These people are idiots. John Shepler Internet

Twice this year I have had unauthorized charges to my credit card by NetZero. Any time you write them or ask a question, they reply by adding on additional charges that are not required, not needed and not asked for.

You cannot reach them by phone or by e-mail, therefore, making it impossible to get your money back. This week I was charged $118.12 on my credit card and I am hard pressed to pay my bills on social security disability.

These people are jerks and non-caring idiots. I wish someone would teach them a lesson and I want my money back. I do owe them for a couple of months @9.95 per month for their services and that's all. Twenty dollars is a long way from $118.00.

Please help me.
