In Late 2000 I started Recieving Letters from New Century
Mortage I was Behind in my payments. I sent letter after letter Askingto give me a answer why I was behind, they never did. I keptsending my payments as I had in the past.

I got a letter backclaming they were forclosing. They stated I owed 9,000.00 inback payments and charges. I hired a attorney to find out whatwas happening, I also contacted the State Of Michigan.

The state demanded a response, So New Century responded claiming they didn't forclose I was behind in Payments. Well thats far from the truth not only did they forclose but the house was sold.

My Attorney told me to go to a news paper and tell my story
he also never got a response. Any one looking for a mortage
better pass on New Century Mortage.

Also If you think the State Federal goverment will do anything for you your wasting paper and ink contacting them.

New Century Financial Services, Inc. represented by the debt collection law firm Pressler and Pressler, LLP I have received a notice of application for wage execution from this agency claiming that they will garnish 10% or 25% wages from an old creditor T-Mobile. This is absurd I have never received proper notification from a collection agency for this matter before escalating to garnishing my wages. The only letter received was the balance owed after closing my account with T-Mobile which was a month ago and currently waiting for my rebate card from AT&T to payoff the balance. After doing some research I have discovered that New Century Financial Services, Inc is regularly represented by the debt collection law firm Pressler and Pressler, LLP. Both of these agencies are notorious violators of federal debt collection laws known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ,FDCPA, and is sued regular by consumers for these violations. Pressler and pressler they called all hours of the night threaten me they sent papers saying they were from court that the judge awared them money that they sued me for which I don't understand how that could be cause I didn't get anything telling me I have to be in court then on top of that the letter says I have to pay even more for court fees I don't get it who are these people now the are threatened to lock me up if I don't fill some paper to take 90% of my earnings how am I supposed to pay rent and other bills New York New York
