I purchased a laptop on New Egg's website in December 2014. The vendor who handled the sale is Think Green PC. At the time I purchased this laptop, I also purchased a 2-year extended replacement warranty. I spent $700 on the laptop and warranty. In January 2016, the laptop refused to boot up. I contacted New Egg, who referred me to the warranty company. I used the mailing label they provided me and shipped the laptop via UPS late January 2016.
UPS tracking shows me the laptop was received by them. It has now been over 3 months and I cannot get New Egg or Think Green PC to contact me to either repair or replace the laptop. They have my laptop and my $700 while I have nothing to show for my $700 than a worthless warranty. Obviously New Egg and Think Green PC have horrible customer service. I would avoid purchasing anything from either of these 2 companies.

Have you tried contacting the company you bought the extended warranty from? They are the ones handling the repair.
