New York Textiles & Supply RIP OFF COMPANY CHECK CASHED AND NEVER SHIPPED SUPPLY Jamestown New York

As earlier stated by few victims that these guys inundate our hotel fax machine with their 'special prices' and free shipping. So we decided to place an order with them. Mind you they want the check before they ship the order. We placed the order #3538 on June 24, 2008 and they cashed the check # 2418 for $1,622.00 as soon as they received it. I waited 1 week and then decided to call them to check up on our order since we needed our supplies, and on June 29 they said we would receive on Tuesday July 1, 2008. Later on they gave a date of July 07, 08. Same thing No shipment. Kept calling again and again and everytime you get a new girl at # 310 Nicole who took the order, Conny # 305 Shipping Manager, Sara # 322, Alison #316, Jessy # 303. Everytime they put me on hold for 15-30 minutes to check the status of my order #3538 and then told that Shipping Manager Cony # 305 will call me ASAP, which never happened till date. Again called and got a new date of July 11, 2008 and same thing again.

On July 10, 2008 I called the BBB of the Jamestown City New York and askede about this company. They told me to file a report and it will take 4-6 weeks to get a reply. They said they can't do anything in this issue and I should hire a attorney to file my case to get my money back. BBB can't do any think ...Great..

I again called on Monday July 14, 2008 and got an answering machine that they are closed because of Inventory update. Again called on Tuesday few times and phone keeps ringing....no reply at all.
