Newport News it is unacceptable I only got a reimbursement credit of $37..80 for the $63.00 charge of the merchandise I returned Hampton Virginia

The credit I received from them was $37.80 and the merchandise I returned and paid for was $63.00 I think it is unacceptale and I did send e-mail letter to customer service stating this.
