I used this company for installation of my entire up-stairs floors of my home. They did a very poor job throughout the process.
First of all the sales person told me and my wife what we found out was a bunch of lies. The wood was suppose to Made in America not the China made wood.
Our 3 schedule days for installation was cut to 2 days and no one showed up on the third day to finish he job. She order all white quarter round so the installer decide to stain the quarter round they had for installation.
The moving of the furniture and removal of the carpet was in the price and they left my house a mess because I was not home the second day when they left.
Trying to contact the sales person and the contract manager has been a nightmare, they will not call you back or answer their phone cannot leave message becaus ethe voicemail box is full. Report this company to anyone you know.
