Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This is the biggest scam I have fallen into. They send a spam email to get you to "try" their pills and then give you no way to cancel. Then they charge your credit card 149.95! Their setup is ridiculous! You have to create a username and keep submitting tickets back and forth with them. They do this until your cc is charged and then they tell you "it is too late to cancel, we have already charged your card"!!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I am hoping that everyone that has been scammed by nexgenlabsusa will also file a complaint with the BBB. Maybe then we can get our money back and put them out of their shady business!

Please, everyone that has been frauded by this company needs to file a complaint with the BBB. I did. But also, when I search the BBB for this company, they only show one complaint against them in the past 36 months, which is hard to believe since I see so many complaints on this website.
So please file a complaint with the BBB also.
