Nexgenlabsusa.com Stated that I could receive a free trial with no additional charges but then tried to charge a cancellation fee of $49.95 Internet

This company had an ad box on my mail server that just stated that you could receive a trial offer of phenterthin for the low shipping price of $4.95 with no additional charges what so ever. To just click the submit button and pay the shipping price. Once I hit the submit button, then and only then did it take me to the terms of service which stated that if I did not cancel within 15 days I would be charged the $149.00 and if I did cancel then I would have to pay a $49.95 cancellation fee.

It gave a website where you could talk live to a customer service rep or file a claim. Every time I tried to connect to talk to someone I was the only person ever online and when I filed the report, they came back and said that by clicking on the submit button that I agreed to the terms of service. I ask you, how can I agree to the terms of service before I click the submit button if the terms of service do not even show up until AFTER I click the submit button?? This company is a total 100% rip off!!!!
