received email from NexgenlabsUSA.com.

Invited me to a 15-day Trial bottle of Phenterthin for the cost of $4.95.

The email states No hassle cencel anytime within 15-days.
I ordered thinking I had 15-days to cancel. I read the Terms, and decided same day as I ordered, to cancel immediately as it looked like a money making scam.

I submitted a ticket as they requested to cancel.

Next thing I knew, they debited $149.95 from my bank account for 60 ct
Phenterthin.

I immediatley submitted another ticket (they only way to talk to them)
asking why they didn't honor the 15-day trial cancellation, and that I submitted a ticket to cancel on the same day I ordered the trial bottle.
(which they of course charged me $4.95 as stated).

They asked me for the cancellation ticket number..I went to retrieve the number from their site, but mysteriously....it did not exist anymore!!!

They said they would not do anything to refund my money, unless I could give them the missing ticket number proving cancellation.

Also, that if I refused the shipment (which they shipped on June 15, 2007 with no return address), They would charge me MORE money!!!

I order on the internet quite often, and have NEVER seen such a scam.

After more review on the product, it isn't at all what it is advertised to be.
Just over-rated caffeine pills.

I am not a really overweight individual, just wanted help to loose approx 10 pounds so I looked good in Hawaii in October 2007.

I hope this report can alert others to this scam, and welcome any help from this website to further investigate nexgenlabsUSA.com
