Insurance in New Jersey is a complex situation as is but let me warn you about this company. The money you save on the front-end in lower premiumsmay cost you triple that amount on the back-end. First, if you are in an accident or your car is stolen and it's outside of business hours (i.e. evenings and weekends), you are out of luck. Second, when they are open, prepare yourself to be on hold a lot and to wait days for responses and to have someone get back to you. Third, their MO is basically to deny as many claims as they can either on a technicality or by accusing people of insurance fraud.

Whatever has happened to your vehicle is basically your fault somehow. The New Jersey Banking and Insurance Division records show that they receive more complaints about this company versus other insurance company. Also, according to representatives at the NJBOI, this company is NOTORIOUS for dragging their feet on paying claims and they will pull out all the stops to avoid doing so. Now, of course, everyone won't experience the worst of what I've described above but there's no telling if you'll be a victim or not and trust me once you are, you'll realize you haven't saved much money at all and you've cost yourself a headache to boot.
