2- somehting stating if not happy here is how to retur the product

This company is a RIP-OFF do not fall for this, I think this is how they make their money by getting people to try the product for only 4.95! and there is nothing telling you that you will be billed before 14 days because they dont let you know that the 14 day trial perod starts the day they ship this out!
