These scumbags start you out with a nice low rate, then they "send you a letter" advising you that the rate will go up exponentially. If you happen to not get the letter, or throw it out accidentally...and don;t read it thoroughly...TOO BAD. In addition, they never post anything to your online account warning you about the rate increase. (((Redacted)))
