In a 08/26/16 letter, NSA tried to collect $10 for its 'client' THE NATION for 26 issues of their journal that I had not ordered.

Suspicious, because usually a journal sends another bill rather than paying a 'collection agency', I looked at the internet and saw that NAS, (or NA5) was listed as a major ripoff. It made sense to me.
