North Shore Agency Beware of this phishing scam Old Bethpage New York

Be aware that North Shore agency has no legitimate contact information. Their phone number does not recognize voice communication and only accepts entries of credit card numbers. Their "customer service" email only bounces back. If you receive a letter in the mail from them, you can only go online and access a portal that receives credit card numbers only.

They ask for money owed on either free magazines, or subscriptions that have long sense ended but send bills for possible future subscriptions.  In my case they got my details from Closer Magazine, which is targeted at senior citizens. I ordered this magazine for a year for my elderly mother who has since passed away. The subcription expired and Closer continues to send me bills for future magazines to which I choose not to subscribe.  Whether or not Closer is implicated here, I'm not sure of. However, the personal details that this scamming company have were obtained via Closer. 

The letters that North Shore send are aggressive. Please be aware of this and particularly watch out for Seniors as that seems to be their target.
