Ms. Johnson Jay Cohen's Office Frauds, Threats, Bad customer Service!!! New York New York

We are a small company that was approached by Northern Leasing Systems for our credit card processing. We signed the contract. Our contract expired and we decided to change processing companies. We called to cancel and was handled VERY rudely. And was told we would recieve a call tag to return our machine. We NEVER recieved the tag and was still being charged 57.90 a month.

I called to complain they said they don't send tags and I have to send it back myself, but if I send it in by the end of the month we would not recieve anymore fees. I sent it in the very next day.

Two months later I am STILL being charged a monthly fee. I call in and speak to a Ms. Johnson, who was VERY rude. She said they did not recieve the machine until a month after I sent it in, which I know is a lie. And that I have to prove when they recieved the machine. I asked to speak to her supervisor, then she got threatening. That's when it got real bad. I asked her not to yell at me and I was going to speak to her surpervisor and she said "Yeah, that's easy to say over the phone, but you wouldn't be saying that face to face". I told her she was immature and she proceeded to scream at me for 5 more minutes and tell me that I will not get my money back, but that they will continue to charge me anyways.

I called Jay Cohen's office, this is the owner. Spoke to his secretary, Sharmon, who was also very unhelpful and short. She said there's 3 floors and 275 people there, she cant help me, but sent me on to Ms. Johnsons supervisor, a miss Alba. Which of course I only got a voice mail. Then I called back and asked for Ms. Alba's supervisor, which is a Sam Buono. Of course I only recieved his voice mail too.

I am going to keep calling them. I am also in the process of calling my bank to see if I can block them from charging my account as well as dispute the last charges. I check the BBB and there are TONS of complaints.

STAY AWAY from Northern Leasing Systems. You will regret ANY business dealings you have with them!!!
