I returned their machine a couple years ago and they know it; however, they reported to the credit bureaus that I am in default of payments on a machine that I do not have. Again, they demand payments and the return of their machine. I don't have the machine, but I do have records. This is the biggest rip off company I have ever dealt with. They have now turned my account over to their Legal Dept and the amount they now want is close to $1000 ...all for a machine that I rarely used and have not had for over 2 years now.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Northern Leasing Systems. Actually, I was dealing with a merchant credit card company and did not KNOW that the machine that was shipped to me actually was being leased from Northern Leasing Systems. Ask questions. Demand everything in writing and READ THE SMALL PRINT. Don't let the salesman walk out without giving you a copy of what you signed. They do change it.

This month of January 2008, Northern Leasing Systems billed me yet again for property tax due on their equipment. This equipment was returned to them 2 years ago. They continue to call 6-8 times daily. They continue sending invoices monthly.

I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and the New York Attorney General where they are located and Missouri. No one seems to care.

MY WIFE AND I ARE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE, AND I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT IF EVERY ONE WOULD GO TO THEIR ATTORNEY GENERALS WEDSITE OR CALL AND FILE COMPLAINTS, LIKE THE FOLKS IN MISSOURI DID, (IT ONLY TOOK 23 COMPLAINTS TO MISSOURI ATTORNEY GENERAL TO GET SOME ACTION GOING AGAINST NORTHERN LEASING, AND THEY GOT STOPPED.) SO LETS BAND TOGETHER AND GET THESE PEOPLE SHUT DOWN. GO TO YOUR ATTORNEY GENERALS AND FILE THE COMPLAINTS, WE HAVE IN IOWA, AND ARE SPREADING THE WORD. DON'T LET THEM WIN. FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! It doesn't matter to them that I closed my business, returned their machine and very seldom used it. In fact, it is stated on the XEROX copy of my so-called contract that they didn't care what the status or situation of my business is or even what situation I may be in, they want me to pay them for NOT USING THEIR MACHINE and not even having it in my possession. The copy of the contract that sent to me, I NEVER SAW when I signed up for North American Bancard as a merchant account. No, that's not a typo. I signed up for a merchant account through North American Bancard and ended up with Northern Leasing Systems machine.
