Northwest Territorial Mint Failed to deliver on time and no notice of the delay was given until the last day the order was supposed to arrive. Federal Way, Washington

NWT failed to deliver 50 ounces of silver by the delivery window of 3-3 to 3-8-13 after a 10 week waiting period.  On the very last day of the shipping window(3-8-13) I was notified by email that it would be at least another 30 days to wait for delivery.  A buy-back policy will only refund me the silver at current spot price instead of the full price I paid, therefore, I lose money due to their incompetence. The policy offers a full refund only if I wait this 30 day period and no (portion) of the order is shipped before the stated delivery date.  If NWT sends me only one ounce of my order, I will not be able to get a full refund even after the next 30 days.
