Hi,
I put in an order with the mint on January 3, 2013. It is now April 29, 2013 and the "customer service representative said my order will be mailed tonight. This is the last possible day they can send it without having to give a refund. I will have waited at least four months for a small order.

The representative said they sell products they don't even have yet. If I did this in any other business I  would be sued. That is fraud. If you can't fill an order then don't take
orders and don't cash my check or credit card until you can mail my order. They say 8-10 weeks then they have additional 30 days after that. Also, their 8-10 weeks starts after they have held my check for 14 days.


Here is the timeline that they have on their web site. (My comment in parentheses)

Order Date: Jan 03, 2013 (I am legally in a contract at this point)

Payment Received: Jan 08, 2013

Payment Cleared: Jan 22, 2013 (My check cleared my bank on Jan 09, 2013. They allow 14days no matter when your check clears.) (The 22nd is when they start their 10 week count down then after that you get the additional 30 day email.

Actual Ship: Apr 25, 2013 (This is NOT the actual ship day. Per the customer service rep. This is when
they print your paper work. It is now the 29th and they said it will be mailed Fedex at the end of the day. I am supposed to get the tracking tonight.)

I have been in a contract with NWM since the 3rd of January. It is just a one sided contract. They may or may not have done anything illegal but the way they run this business is deceptive and not at all focused on the customer.

If I had known it would take a full 16 weeks to receive my order I never would have placed it with them. I will never use NWM nor recommend them to anyone else. I have used other companies in the past and never experienced anything like this.

I welcome any commit or resolution that NWM may have to offer.
