Bought 400 oz. of Silver Sept 4th 2015, waited till Nov 28th for delivery and it didn't happen! Called them, they said per agreement, they can extend delivery deadline to Dec 28Th, before I had the right to cancelle order. On Dec 28Th, no delivery, called and cancelled order, demanded full refund. They said fine, will take 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive it. Now 11 weeks after their own dealine for refund, still do not have my money returned. Called again, they said it was a mistake, they will send check next business day, allow 10 days for it in the U.S. mail!!

So, it is like 6 months now, that they had used my $6060.00, likley to  fund their refunds or exsixtence, all at MY Cost! I will never do business again with them and I urge anyone to do the same. they are a terible company to deal with and Heck at this point, i don't know when my money will be returned.
