Northwest Territorial Mint NWTMint "Delayed Order" "Did not refund money when order cancelled" Federal Way Washington

This mint took my money and never delivered my order.  

I made a large purchase on September 9th 2015, well in excess of $1,000.  They told me it would be delivered by Nov. 20th.  It never came.

Finally, in January I exercised my right to a full refund, being that they had well over 4 months to deliver.  They notified me on January 2th, by email, that the refund would arrive by Jan. 8th 2016.  It never came.

On March 5th., I demanded my refund within 5 business days: three company representatives were addressed in the email.  The five business days have passed.  No response.

I am not the only person that I know that this has happened to.  Last year they never delivered a friends order, so they cancelled and did get a refund after having to hound them.
