I was "approved" to start work for this company 24 hours after my first interview and was directed that I must purchase an airline ticket within 48 from approval and email the itinary to Norvergence HQ. The aproved, reimbursable amount was up to $480 dollars.
I accepted the position based on the compony story and alliances spoke of and provided by the recruiter, Stephen Christensen and the person who interviewd me (Mr. Cruz).
After completing the task of buying the ticket and getting rescheduled for training due to the company not getting me the required information to study before the trip I rescheduled.
This rescheduled allowed more time to research which proved beneficial in finding out the company lies to clients and potential employees about certain relationships. When I confronted them and declined attending training for the reasons of deception, they refuse to meet with my request to reimburse my $400 airfare.
The salary I was told about also was $35K and never a word about attendance performance only that I can earn additional money on top of the commissions just by filling out paperwork correctly. When I reviewed the job posting with Monster the salary was listed at $35-40K per year and the body read $30K.

Norvergence-conveniently located next to the Little Theatre (it's a theatre for single guys to play with themselves...), we're the building under construction forever with no sign... is (drum beat please) GOING PUBLIC!!!!
Upon entrance into the lobby passed the 3 bouncers, you'll see some beautiful finger painting on the newly sheet rocked walls . Proceed upstairs and you can get 50 cent c.d.'s and all of the latest illegal bootleg movies on the market on DvD from Tiny the head bouncer (he's got cookies too!). Tiny is the big guy that taps on your shoulder and escorts you out when you're fired, suspended, or just being bad (you know, speaking up for yourself in this wonderful corporate atmosphere). He also guards the attendance sheet and rumor has it, changes the time on the magic clock.
I don't know if they're going public on the market, or publicly bankrupt. But boy do they have a nice brochure.... I saw it. That's all for now from the insider..........

THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A SCAM....HOW MANY TIMES HAS YOUR TRAVEL EXPENSE NOT BEEN ON YOUR CHECK ??? YES I HEARD THAT ONE TOO, THE ONLY WAY TO GET WHAT YOU ARE OWED IS TO GO DOWN AND FILE WITH THE LABOR BOARD...NORVERGENCE DOES NOT EVEN SHOW UP AT THE HEARINGS, THEY OWE ALOT OF PEOPLE ALOT OF MONEY...DO NOT BE SUCKER'D BY THEM....
