This company has (?had) an ad on Yahoo claiming that their skin products were developed by a woman who was on the TV show Shark Tank and received large financial supports from al of the hosts of the show. They advertised "free trial" of the product. I was intrigued because of the claim that the product was unanimously supported by the show hosts. Like a lamb being led to the slaughter, I clicked the link for the free trial and signed up for the skin care product. I agreed to pay for shipping. I was then directed to a page where I could get a free trial of their eye care product. What the heck...I signed up for that too. A week later the products arrived. I told my girlfriend I got free samples for her to try, and she immediately said "I bet you got scammed." I checked my credit card charges and found not one, but two charges for shipping, ~$5 each.

Okay, maybe I just didn't see that they would charge me shipping again. A week later I found two charges on my card for $89.95 and $85.95. I immediately started trying to cancel any "subscription" they might have started me on. The customer service line was always busy when I tried to call on several occasions, and I never received a reply to my emails. I finally found a number to call on my credit card report and called. They said I signed up for a two week "trial" and agreed to pay for the products unless I called them back before the two weeks was up. Nowhere on the links I was directed to had I seen any information stating that I agreed to pay anything more than shipping costs, and nowhere was a price displayed. This is a SCAM, plain and simple. I was stupid to fall for it. The products made absolutely ZERO difference in my girlfriend's or my skin! It's a bogus product. DON'T FALL FOR THE SLICK ADS AND "FREE" TRIAL!!!
