I saw an ad for these Garcina Slim and Detox Max products for $6.95 shipping each. I ordered the product and before the Free trail ran out they charged my account $78.20 and 79.50. I emailed them first asking for a refund then I called them to stop further changes and get a refund. When I challenged their process the "customer service" agent she hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up on me and she agreed I did not raise my voice or become argumentative but when I asked for a manager she hung up on me a second time. After the phone conversation I did receive an email saying my account with them is canceled. I have also filed a report with the FTC for Unfair Business Practices. www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
