Nutra Life Brands Rude, Ripoff Lutz Florida

After ordering the Nutra Life Brands Garcinia and Pure Detox, the exact same thing happened to me that happened to the person in January.  My account was charged $78.20 and $79.50 and I did not authorize these charges.  I called to get a refund and she asked me if the bottles were opened, I said yes.  How are you supposed to try a product if you can't open the bottles.  Because they were opened I couldn't return them.  She said I can give you a $20.00 credit for each bottle.  I said you have to do better than that and she said no.  She was very rude and very abrupt.  I'm filing dispute charges with my credit union for these charges.  Nutra Life Brands is a total ripoff.
