In finishing an Amazon.com survey an offer for NuvaLift cream came up.  For a trial at only $4.95 shipping.  Having just finished a year of chemotherapy and my skin was less than perfect, I decided to try the face cream.  I paid the S/H and printed off all other paperwork pretaining to the purchase as I always do.  Nowhere on the paperwork did it say I had to "cancel" anything.  18 days later there is a charge for $84.87.  I called and told them I had not even had a chance to use the product, I certainly did not agree to be charged for it and they said it states that I will be charged the full amount if I do not cancel within 15 days.  It does not say this on my paperwork anywhere.  When I went to their website it says it on their terms & conditions but that was not given to me at the time of purchase nor is it on any of my printed materials.  I am now having to let the charge post before I can fight it through my bank.  Do Not fall for the shipping only gimmick.  I should have known better.
