NWV CA Mont Williams, Joseph Woody ,Sr. Officer-Finance Crime Department, Florida leaving a disturbing voice message on my cell phone N/A, Florida

first of all ive received the first call @ 5am .did not answer still sleeping. voice message were left on my cell, thought it was a hokes.

1/19 received a call name is mont williams. left a voice message-retrieved its a harrassment call. very rude and abrupt call.called 3054344075 asked for mont-they connected me to joseph woody(sr.ofc-finance crime department)Florida.

Well to make a long story short ,I was yelled at unprofessionally,persistant in me to make a $300 pymt. with either options:pay pal,credit card,debit card or western union! I was told that they need my information from card(s) to make documentation for my records.

yes i have had made payday loans locally here, and i am paid off. he claims this were since 2008? go figure.i said I'll send money order or cashiers check? he was adament about getting through other sources listed above.His harassment continued and he wanted another phone number he could get a hold of me.I said none. This is when my alarm kicked in. research....

They said i am going to be paying $2000 lawsuit charges if i decide to settle out of court for $300.for fraudulant banking, check, tap by deception "loan"?go figure.
