NWV CA Pay Day Loans San Francisco California Or Miami Florida

For almost 3 months I have been receiving phone calls from Steve Anderson insisting that I owe money on a pay day loan I never remember of ever taking out. He has been very persistent and rude to the point of threatening me that he would take me to court.

Steve has been calling me at my place of employment in the excess of over 300 times in a 2 1/2 week period of time. The number he calls from at my job is out of Miami, FL and the number he calls from at my home is out of California.

He insists I owe $1100 dollars. I at first thought maybe I had a loan that slipped through the cracks that I had forgotten about because I had gotten pay day loans in the past. Once I made an initial payment of $100 I got suspicious because the only means of payment was by western union. He calls my house 15-20 times a day and my employer anywhere between 50- 75 times per day.

The state police were notified on the very first day he started harrassing me at work. The police called and told him to not call me at work as I work in a government institution. He continues to call which ties up phone lines that need to be open for more important issues. At home, he threatens me.

I now see that I am not the only one being harrassed by this same scam. Hopefully we can get the word out and stop this operation before too many others get harmed by them.
