I had ordered this "Miracle in a bottle" Last week. Impulse is not a good thing obviously. I had talked to a young man named Phillip at the ordering service. He kept asking me to go ahead and upgrade to the Club Membership that they had to offer. I kept telling him "NO!", just the 2 for $29.95. He then asked, " Okay so you just want the 2 bottles for $29.95 ?". My answer was Yes to that question.

So he asked about 3 magazines I could get for free for 3 months and I can cancel after the 3 months. I stated twice that would not interest me. He pushed and pushed until I was so tired I said fine whatever. Since I could cancel anyways.

Then one more upsell for a membership service that had a "free" 30 day trial and $14.95 per month thereafter. I again stated twice with " No thanks, I would not need this, As I work for the company." Which is true by the way. He then kept getting angry because I would not accept this deal. And I never did.
But, I checked our system 4 days later and low and behold, I had a new membership.

So Monday morning comes around, I call them right away to cancel my order and they told me, as with many others on here, " I am sorry Sir, that has been shipped already first thing this morning." That did not coincide with what their Web based order tracking program told me.

So after finding this site, I wanted to make sure and not get charged, I called the bank and told me that there was a charge pending from Propolene for $29.95 1 of 2. Which the woman had told me another charge would be coming through. I went ahead and cancelled my Visa Check card right away.

So they did get $29.95 of my money, I did receive 4 bottles of the "Miracle in little pill." When I called the Return Customer Service line to request an authorization for a return, They informed me that I could do that, but that in order for the return to be accepted, they would need my account information to refund my money because they do not send checks out.
Well what if people pay by check or money order?

What a nice company with such a great staff of "con artist", IO mean employees. Stay away from this company and its product. Unless of course you like to throw money away. In that case email me and I will take it off of your hands. Smile.
