Ocean Moving and Storage NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Internet

I used this company because they offered what appeared to be the best quote for an in-state move. I inquired about the charges to make sure the quote was an accurate depiction of the move and the mover reviewed the charges with me when they arrived at my house. At no time was there any mention of additional charges other than packing materials which I declined. However, upon delivery the charges nearly doubled!!! How is that possible when the information given covered all of the previous costs! Plus, I found it suspicious that they would only take cash or money order to cover the additional costs.

To top it off, the moving company sent one many who was not in a company issued uniform and they arrived in a rental truck. What kind of professionalism is this? They did not handle my belongings with care and some of the items where damaged during the move.

Stay away from this company. They are not honest and provide horrible customer service when trying to sort of the problems!!!
