Oceane Beauty Lying scam artists Huntington New York

I never go to malls, but had no choice one day back in October.  As I was walking to the store I was there for, I was approached by one of the annoying saleswomen that work out of a kiosk.  She was selling facial cream and gave me a sample and as I walked away she pulled me to her kiosk.  She showed me pictures and testimonials of people who have used these products and collected a bunch of products that she said would work wonders on my skin.  I am always interested in products such as these so I listened. When she told me the price I walked away and was grabbed and sat down as she kept lowering the prices.  She said I could return them if I saw no improvement within 3 weeks. So I based my decision to buy these items SOLELY on the fact that they could be returned. I purchased the products, signed an electronic keypad (not the actual receipt) and she quickly put the receipt in the bag and I was on my way.

When I got to my car I took the receipt out and saw it said "NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS."  I immediately emailed her and asked why she promised i could return this crap yet the receipt said no returns. She emailed me back, not answering my question, basically just blowing sunshine up my a*s assuring me I could come back if I was unhappy with this stuff.  

I used the products for a few days and my skin had a reaction and I had to stop using it immediately.  I again emailed her and she said to come see her and I went back a few days later with the creams.  Again, she blew that sunshine right up my butt saying I had to give it time.  I said no, I wanted to return it and she said her manager wasn't there but they would exchange the items for a hairdryer.  I said I wasn't going to pay $500 for a hairdryer and she told me to come back.  I did, and again they couldn't do a return because the manager wasn't there.  I kept emailing, she kept ignoring my questions so I decided to dispute it with my credit card company.  The dispute is still ongoing but I won't give up until these scam artists are exposed.
