Oceane Beauty Shanti Agergan, Emma Very smooth scammers. They had a booth set up in three separate buildings, handing out a free sample of cream to lure you in. They then sit you down and start their speel. One thing and 45 minutes later and they have sold you a 6 year plan of creams and an ultta violet light wand for $3,500.  Tucson Arizona

Smooth scammers. My friend and I were lured into one of their three booths at the Fresno Home Remodel Show last Sunday. At first it to try a sample of cream which then lead them to pull you i to sit down and let the, do a facial etc. After 45 minutes of the story Shanti told me about her being a nurse but working with disabled children, learning Hebrew because of one of the Jewish boys she worked with, how one of the gals in the booth, Emma, is from Ethiopia and the others from Israel, and how she now works in Las Vegas at the Bellagio or Palazzo in the Spa using the Oceane products. $3,500 later each, we leave the booth with supposedly 6 years of product but does not reconcile with the invoice we were given. I was short 7 products and similar with my friend. I contacted Shanti on the email she wrote on my invoice to tell her of the issue. No response. Then I called the cell # she gave me to call if there was any thing I needed. When she answered I did not believe it was her because the voice was deeper and no accent. She assured me it was her and amazingly her voice changes to the same as the encounter at the Oceane booth. She apologized for the error in the missing items and blamed it on Emma for packing the bags of products. She would ship them right away. I don't believe this for a miment. Bad feeling. I will contact my credit card company to try to get out of this scam. I also. Oticed on the credit card charge slip she was trying to get me to sign was not correct so I showed her errors. She pretended to not know how she made the mistake. My concern is the invoice that Shanti had me sign expressly says, "All orders are usually processed within three days from the date of ourchase. Signature is a mandatory requirement to receive package. Ince package has shipped or received, the order cannot be cancelled. By signing this I aporove that the i firmatjon I providided above is correct and I am aware of thr comoa y return oolicy, which is NO REFUNDS. Exchange only with 14 days of purchase. We value your business". The above information is the incorrect listing of items on this invoice I was supposed to receive. Please help me resolve this. I really am. Ot sure where to turn to get my $3,500 back. My friend's $3,500 also.

AND.....if your friend buys one too you can save 15%. Shanti told me a real story, that I believe d stupidly, about learning He rew be ause she became friends with a Jewish boy. The sales people that were i. The booth that I stopped at were from Ethiopia and Israel. Shanti was a nurse and now works at the Bellagio in Las Vegas at their Spa, somthe story goes. I am going to check it out. My friend and I both had 2 1/2 bads of product when we left but when we got hime fromthe Hime Remodel Show in Fresno, the invoice and the products did not match up. I was and am missing 7 products and friend missi g many as well. Both of us co tacted one of the girls. I first emailed Shanti as she had written her address on the invoice. I did not get a response so I called the cell number she gave me. She did answer but is was not all the same voice. It was lacking the accent and higher pitch. She assured me it was herslef, Shanti. She said she would ship the missing items right away. I just didn't have a good feeling about all of this so have started research online. I believe I will call my credit card to orrow and file a claim to try to have them stop payment or resolve the issue. Guess they saw a sucker in me.
