Just like a bad computer virus, Ocwen has renamed it self, Hope Now. Why does HUD continue to use these people, whose real main office is in India, and they have ruined thousands of American's lives by complete incompetence. I am STILL in a home that Ocwen did not place the RIGHT Insurance on till AFTER hurricane Ike 8-12-08. Now they are sending papers that they PAID LINCOLN GENERAL INSURANCE AND FORCED PLACED POLICY ALL ON OCT.2,2008. Some things just should not happen. It is just plain STUPID.
