This will not end.  You will continue to do this.  If you have the means, scan everything into your computer and send it through Microsoft Outlook only with a request for a received receipt and a read receipt when you send the email.  When this finds its way into a foreclosure proceedings court room, (which is certain if you are struggling to avoid foreclosure and things don't change for you financially and you find yourself behind) you will have proof of your submissions and their receiving them.  This proof may also be the only thing that allows you to get Ocwen to move in an appropriate manner on the mod. 

Just so you know (which I didn't until a consumer credit counselor informed me recently), I've been told that if you ever get behind on your modification, your loan defaults back to the original terms and you can never get another modification.
