Ocwen Federal Bank FSB A worried Ocwen customer Orlando Florida

May of this year my mother and father signed for their first house together. The first and second loans were immediately sold to Ocwen. While I was at Rip-OffReport.com looking to see if there was any information about the moving company that we used (TransWorld Van Lines)I noticed the story about Ocwen. My parents signed for their house in May of this year and the first payment was due in June. She mailed the payment early so as to insure that it reached Ocwen on time. She told me that the check had not been cashed for a long time, but then finally was. I am incredibally nervous now about this company. Ocwen ownes both their first and second mortgages! I don't know what to do! Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank You
