Ocwen Federal Heartless, predators who will rob you of your home & of your money ripoff Orlando Florida

I'm a victim too!!! as I sit here crying I thought I was the only one. I had no clue that all of these people were victims too. I can't begin to tell you my horror story of dealing with these people, if you can call them people.

I have so much to say but I'll have to come back later when I compose myself to give you all the full story. But, 1st & foremost let me say how happy I am to find out that there is a class action lawsuit here in CT. I will be signing up.

I was forced into ch.13 when I owned my house because of them. If you notice I said OWNED. I no longer have a house. I eventually had to sell to avoid foreclosure by Ocwen.

Then when I did of the $100,000.00 in equity I had in the house Yes I said equity, I only walked away with $24,000.00 because they said I owed all of these fees & charges that to this day I can't find any evidence of in the closing paper work.

This was only 2 years ago & I have been trying to figure out how to get my money back from them. Let me also say that I consider myself to be a person in the Know. But I knew nothing about how they did this to all of us.

I'm also so upset with my former atty. Who I used to argue with about they amount that they were claiming that I owed I had all of my proof of payments & he just would say.. well that's what they say you owe.

I'm now wondering if he knew about all of this, at least the pending lawsuit. But then again he was a bankrupcy Atty, it was to his advantage to keep quite. Here's a break down:

1)Fleet sold mortgage to ocwen. 2)Ocwen didn't pay the a portion of the taxes. 3)When I found out about a year later they did & increase my mortgage by Hundreds to supposedly, cover the escow for the bulk & upcoming tax payments?.

4)Another AKA of Ocwen takes over the mortgage, the taxes aren't paid again. 5)I lose my job, fall behind on payments.
6)Try to play catch up when I get back to work. By then they started trying to foreclose.

7)Tried to ref. Ocwen would not give the other mortgage company a payoff amt. Lost that loan. It goes on & on. I'm sorry, I have to stop here I'm so upset I can't stop crying & I know I must sound crazy right about now. But it still drives me crazy. I have all of my paper work, tons of it.
