Ocwen Federal Bank FSB Wrote check for more than the amount agreed upon Orlando Florida

I agreed to make 2 payments (check by phone) to Ocwen Federal Bank - FSB to cover an account. This was agreed upon by the customer service rep, but instead he took the entire amount from one check. This was discovered as I was paying other bills on-line.

I contact Ocwen but was unable to speak to the rep. that I had worked out the deal with. When I contacted anther customer service rep, she read to me what their computer screen had, which was the original 2 payment plant.

Was persistent in calling the original rep. back. When I finally got through to him, not only was he rude about this, but threatened me telling me that it was illegal to write bad checks.

Spoke with his supervisor, and he told me that they were a very honest business and would never do something like this.

I have contact my bank, and fortunately they are going to treat this as a fraudulent check on Ocwen's part. Will wait and see how long before Ocwen sends me notice that account is closed.
