Ocwen Federal Bank, FSB Scammed Me, and Lost Its Banking License! Ocwen and its lawyers swore false affidavits in Courts West Palm Beach Florida

Ocwen Federal Bank, (un)FSB performed its last scam when in 1998 it scammed me in Pittsburgh, PA see Allegheny County Ocwen v. Ezekoye at GD-98-006683. The gist of the scam was that out of a sudden in February 1998 I received an Act 91 Notice from a purported bank that I had no dealings whatsoever with, and no notice. Ocwen then proceeded in Court in Allegheny County and filed what it self-styled as mortgage foreclosure against my property. Ocwen and its lawyers forged documents, and swore false affidavits and eventually were awarded a judgment in rem in 2000 by corrupt judges of Allegheny County.

I quickly enrolled in college in 2001, finished in 2 years, and proceeded to Law school. In 2004, I filed a compliant against Ocwen with the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), alleging that Ocwen was using its banking license to impersonate a creditor, forging and backdating document, and engage in abusive debt collection practices. After an exhaustive investigation on April 5, 2005 OTS ruled in my favor finding among other things that: (1) Ocwen and its lawyers swore false affidavits in Courts, and (2) in addition to inaccurate false affidavits, OTS determined that Ocwen violated FDCPA. Ocwen quickly surrendered its banking license! Ocwen IS NO LONGER A BANK! This is not enough, Ocwen MUST BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD.

For the mean time, Judge Joseph A. Jaffe who handled Ocwen's self-styled mortgage foreclosure lawsuit against me just finished serving a federal sentence for extortion and bribery, and is now working as a law clerk after being disbarred. Recently, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in keeping with its racism and corruption wrongly applied the Pennsylvania law trying to intimidate me, and I quickly went to the federal court. Ocwen must be put out of business and we can do it! Pennsylvania is one of a handful of states that allows predatory lenders and abusive debt collectors to run amok. The result is that Western Pennsylvania's economy is in a perpetual depression. STAY AWAY FROM PITTSBURGH AND WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA! Many of the judges in Allagheny Count and Western Pennsylvania are highly corrupt from the trial level to appellate level, and they feel particularly vile when a minority or a woman is attempting to assert its rights.
