Ocwen Mortgage Price gouging tactics, trying to foreclose early Waterloo Iowa

Was out of my home for a short period shortly after Ocwen took over home loan from GMAC. They sent property inspector while I was gone, the long and short of it, they rushed to judgement, they accepted a payment, but had a lock smith come out, change the locks, ran sacked my home left open the attick door.

I came home and had to pay $130.00 to pay a locksmith to get into my own home.  Have tried to work out a plan with them, I keep getting the run around. Every month they send property inspector who tapes some crap to my door, stating un occupied or something to that affect. Embarassing to say the least.

Meanwhile, the incompetent property inspectors state property is vacant, due to the fact they do not hear a dog barking (never owned a dog) and Ocwen charges me a fee for the inspection. I have only lived there 30+ years.

Also, Ocwen changed the company for my hazard insurance, it doubled. No notice, nothing. The reason they went up is so Ocwen can get a larger commission.

What gets me is they can do anything to me, but nothing for me.

All I asked for them to do was move 3 payment to the end of the loan, take off all the price gouging fees and I will stay up to date.

 My vehicle broke down, I was away, I am tryihg but all they want to do is force me out of my home I have lived in for 30 years. I did not over finance, I did not buy more than I could afford.

 This is outrageous.
