ocwen mortgage never returns phone calls I wrote letters will not tell me status of loan modifican march 2o13 filed nod after 30 days past due west palm beach Florida

I was pre approved for a loan mofification by my previous lender in easy 2012 then I found out my loan was sent to ocwen. in march I was unable to reach them by phone . I could not look at my account on website because the error message said I entered my homes address wrong. I wrote letters Asking that they call me and tell me their phone number here in the united stated because their people in India do not understand my problem  they also refused to to tranfer me to a us office or a supervisor.

i wrote about a hundred letters and faxes and asked for this

1 what is your us phone number non toll free number

2 what is the corp office phone number president or CEO name. 

3 why have all my letters been ignored

4 what is the status of my loan mod? and most if all why won't anyone at ocwen return my call or contact me?

5 why does ocwen refuse to allow me Internet acces to their wrbsite

6 why will they not allow my home owners insurmcw company to send them proof of insurance

7 why do they send mail to my next door neighbors home?

8 why did they file an nod after only 40 days past due?

9 why won't the collections department call me when my payment is psst due?

20 why do they throw all of my letters in the trash?
