I use Okinus for Finance furtinure and had difficult paying and ask them to come pick up the furniture. I was advised by Rep that it do not work like that. They then served papers to take me to court and tried to garnish my check. I have tried to get them to come get this furniture and they want come get it. I had the Marshall come to my job. this is so embarising. I am going to have to get an attorney. I am now looking into a class action law suit.

I just submitted a complaint to the Consumer Protection Bureau because Okinus is ruining my credit. I also requested for the furniture to be picked up because the contract says it is a "LEASE". Therefore, with a lease, you are allowed to return the leased items. You need to file a complaint with the bureau because if enough people complain about them, there will be an investigation. Your contract says 'lease' so they are essentially like Rent-A-Center who is a lease to own. They should have repossessed the items like a traditional business; however, they are shady so they won't do anything unless they are forced. I have had enough.

It was YOU who defaulted on the contract by YOU not paying YOUR bills on time. A repo does not eliminate the contract as you are still on the hook for the contractual amount. Class action suit? You don't know what your talking about! NO RIPOFF HERE! Deadbeat fails to make payments and turns on the collections/legal process.
