Oklahoma DHS They wrongfully took my baby Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Approximately one year ago, DHS wrongfully took my baby. My boyfriend and I were living in his grandmothers house, which is rundown, but we were having a hard time, but at least we were together. We were having an argument and I was going to leave and wanted to take the baby with me, but he didn't want me to go, but I called the police and they came out and he wouldn't give them the baby (he knew what they were going to do) so they maced him and took him to jail for interfering. They took the baby to the hospital saying he had pneumonia and he did not. He had an ear infection. All of my kids had problems with ear infections. In the beginning they said they took him because of the condition of the house, then they started accusing us of all kinds of things and insisting we spend hundreds of dollars to attend classes and we have refused because we did not do anything wrong. We are at the point that they have filed to terminate our rights and we desperately need help.

I think the reason they are pushing this is that they have someone who wants to adopt him and DHS receives money if that happens. This has destroyed our lives all because we were a little down on our luck at the time. The one suffering the most is my baby who was ripped from a mother and father who love him and taken to people he doesn't know. He is only 2. Is there anyone out there who can help us?
