oklahoma dhs stole my grandkids and caused my sons death tulsa, Oklahoma

Tulsa dhs is nothing but liars and kidnappers. They came and took my 4 grandkids and was made to give them back because they are Indian. Here's the kicker, when the worker dropped them off he told the oldest he'd see her soon. When they got home (the worker wouldn't take them home he made my son meet him at QT) my son and daughter-in-law noticed bruises on the oldest two. My son was furious he called me and told me to get my camera and get over there. We asked the kids what happened and they said the people at the shelter would beat them if they didn't do what they was told. My son wanted to go after them but I told him to let me talk to a lawyer.

Well of course dhs wasn't going to take the blame. My son was accused of beating the kids so dhs took them again. This time they got the ok by the Indian tribe. My son and his wife was devastated. They loved the kids and would never abuse them. Anyway it keeps getting worse. They was given a treatment plan and completed everything they was told needed to be done. My son lost his job because he had to miss so much work to do the treatment plan. They were appointed a public defender, who works for the state. When they went to court the judge was told that they wasn't doing the treatment plan and the their lawyer didn't provided the papers of completion. They also had to take drug test which moms was always dirty they said. They had dirty test from days she didn't and wasnt scheduled to test.

Dhs could never provide proof of any of the allegations the judge just took the case workers word. Their final court date was set and my sons lawyer told him that if anything changed he'd call. Well they changed the time and no one bothered to let us know so when we didn't show up they took their rights away and adopted them out.

Here's the real kicker. The adoption process had been started before the last court appearance. Which means we never had a chance of getting the kids back.

Oh yea after the kids got put in the system my son was accused of sexually mmaolesting the oldest one. She later admitted she lied (when she started accusing her foster home) they believed her when she said she lied about the foster home but would not believe her when she said she lied about my son. The other kids told them he never done it but they wouldn't believe them. Now they have been adopted to two different homes in different towns.

My son got so depressed over losing his kids he wasn't able to hold a job and eventually took his own life. He couldn't get over losing what he loved most in this world, he couldn't live without his kids. Thats why I say the dhs killed my son.

Something needs to be done before the system destroys other lives. They are supposed to protect our kids but they do more harm to them. All 4 of our kids had to have some type of counseling. The oldest two was even hospitalized for a time.

We need to stop the system from hurting any more families and destroying our loved ones. I wish there was a way to make them pay for what they did to my son. They are the abusers, they are kidnappers. Someone please stop them from hurting anymore helpless kids.
