I was using a free trial of Omnitechsuppot to help my computer with the ,send/receive not working .After a long time(one hour) they said it would be better to subscribe to their $399.95 annual service. It still wasn't looking good so i asked to cancel my subscription which had been in effect about 20 minutes and they said it would cost 85.00 for the work(which was supposed to be free) and a$25.00 cancellation fee. Iam supposed to get confirmation of my cancellation in 2 days also they would not give me any American contacts except to say it was a Los Angels co.Can you help me Iam 81 years old and this is a lot of money and time for my age.
