Omnitechsupport Omni Tech Support ripped off my 83 year old mother and won't give her her money back Los Angeles California

Omni Tech Support ripped my 83 year old mother off for $179.00, and they did not fix her computer even after 5 hours of remote access.  They put her through hell, making her sit at her computer, asking her absurd questions that indicate to me that they have no idea what they are doing, and then after exhausting her, they just dropped the remote connection on her computer.  The problem was not fixed.  They left her hanging.

My mother has been trying to call and or email them to get her money back, and all they do is tell her she should refer to the contract --the latter communication being through a chat box. I believe this is just a scam to get people's money with no good faith effort to fix anyone's computer.
