I had Omni Tech. Support work on my computer,about 10 times or more to get it working.I still have issues,when you contact them they are badgering you to buy a extended service package when they are in the middle of tring to fix your computer problems.Some Techs are kind some are rude,I feel like they aren't well trained and they are working from India,that dosen't bother me.They need to fix what they have been paid to do,and do it right.And stop the salemanship over the internet.My computer is not working great as I am writing this complaint.I have asked for a refund,and have been ignored.

This customer claimed that we were unable to
fully perform the promised services for which he said he had paid.  We are
committed to providing great service at a very low cost to our customers. 
We want our customers to be satisfied.  Unfortunately, in this instance,
we do not have any record of this person as a customer.  We have had no
customers with the name Patroll.  We ask that this customer contact us
and provide us with the name and email address with which he logged in. 
We can then, quickly process his refund, if, indeed he was a customer to begin
with.  We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, but we have had no
contact record with this individual
