On Rebates - E-Cost - Ultra Products rebate ripoff Rebates for Ultra Products falsely rejected Miami Florida

Submitted a rebate form, UPC symbol, and orginal receipt on 11/16/06. I never received the rebate, and checked status through their website 11-22-07. There was no record of my transaction. Finally I called and I was told it was rejected because I did not include the UPC which I absolutely did. As I was leaving the country in the miami airport, I did not have means to copy the upc codes but distinctly remeber cutting them out and placing the stamped envelope in the mailbox, (I still have the packages minus the upc codes) I now have found numerous similar complaint ( the bbb has 1100+ for on rebates) and it seems standard business practice to deny receipt of information then reject the rebate. What can we do about a ripoff like this who deliberatly is falsifying submissions to avoid paying the rebate???????????
