One Great Family Archives Dishonest Site, cancelled but still charged me as "Archives" Internet

When searching the internet for genealogical information 02/27/2012, I found a site called Archives that reported to have the information/record I was searching for and it said it was free. I was required to register, then to sign up for a "free trial" and then after a week I would be charged. I completed the information and then was offered a trial of "One Great Family" but not required to enter any payment information. I accepted and moved on through the screens. Once I had access to Archives I found that the information they stated they had wasn't actually available. They had just used my search to sort of create a dummy listing that didn't correspond with any actual information on the site. At that point I tried searching information that I knew was readily available in public sites for free and wasn't able to find that either. This told me that this was a scam site and so I cancelled. I immediately went to the One Great Family site and checked to see if they had stored my payment information and they hadn't. I called the customer service number the next business day and voiced my concern and that I had cancelled with Archive and was told it billed together and no charge would be made since I had cancelled Archives. It's now 03/06/2012 and Archive has charged me 59.00 for One Great Family. I called the number listed on my Paypal statement and was advised that I had cancelled Archives but not One Great Family! This is a scam, they don't have the information they offer in search results and they will lie to you one the phone. I have been told that I will receive a refund but I haven't had time to see it yet. I'll report back.
