oneclickcash payment terms not as informed when applying.deposit was made on 11/14/12 then they took &150 on 11/30, 12/21/12 twice Internet

On 11/14/12 i borrowed from One Click Cash. I understood the terms to be $150 every 30 days til repaid $500. ON 11/30 $150 was withdrawn from my act. then on 12/21 they withdrew $150.00 twice.  
 
Because of medical bills I have not been able to repay the original amount. This company is nothing more than Loan Sharks. I can not talk to anyone and was told to go to this web page www.complianceoneclickcash.com.

That only led me to this. How can I get this stopped and talk to someone there about this matter other than closing my checking account?
